The QucikPod Monopod Explorer II - When you’re traveling around, even if it’s in your own backyard, it can be a hassle to have to ask someone else to snap a photo so that you can be in it. Quik Pod Explorer II is perfect for vacation and travel photos, shooting above crowds, underwater photos (using an underwater camera), and hard to see areas. Simply set the camera’s self timer, push the shutter button with lens facing you and extend the Quik Pod Explorer II.

The QuickPod Monopod DSLR/POV- a handheld boom-style camera mounting pole that lets you properly frame and photograph yourself with your friends and family, without having to ask strangers for help. Made out of airplane grade aluminium  the DSLR version offers extended range, and can be held out at arms length to a length of over 4 feet. It features a built-in self-image positioning mirror that assure that the camera is aimed in the right direction.

The Quick Pod DSLR is ideal for use with a standard digital SLR camera with standard zoom lens attached, a camcorder, a flash unit, or other accessories.  It is also ideal for video bloggers using it to film themselves, or making their own movie clips to post on YouTube etc.

• The filter frame is CNC machined from Delron.
• Machining the filter frame allows for a more precise fit and a stronger frame than injection molded alternatives.
• The filter material is a proprietary dome filter from URPRO.
• The dome shape creates a more accurate color-correcting profile from the center of the field of view out to the edges of the video. It also looks very cool!!
